1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Keen Insight ("the Service"), a product of Eldwurm Forge (sole proprietorship operated by Manisha Sharma, registered in India), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Keen Insight is a creative brainstorming platform that queries multiple AI models in parallel and synthesizes their responses into a single output. The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person per account — sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Free Tier & Credits

• Free accounts receive 28 days of access from signup, with 10 welcome credits and +3 credits replenished daily (capped at 15).
• After the 28-day window, free access ends. You may upgrade to Pro to continue using the Service.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value.
• Unused credits do not carry over beyond the stated cap.

5. Pro Tier

• Pro accounts are billed at $15/month and receive 200 credits per billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or violates any third-party rights.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit limits, or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service or its APIs.
• Use the Service in any automated or programmatic manner beyond the provided interface.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased.You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any AI-generated content. Keen Insight does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose.

You retain ownership of your prompts. AI-generated outputs are provided under the respective AI provider terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Keen Insight name, logo, and application design are our property. You retain rights to your original content (prompts and notes). AI-generated responses are subject to the terms of the underlying model providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keen Insight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
